1. Corrugated sheet classification
(1) according to the application site classification - into roof, wall panels, floor boards and ceiling panels. Use the tablet to do while using colored steel wall decorative panels, decorative effect is novel and unique.
(2) Press the wave height categories - were divided into high-wave plate (wave height ≥ 70mm), medium-wave plate (wave height <70mm) and low wave plate (wave height <30mm)
(3) Press the substrate material classification - is divided into hot galvanized substrate, hot galvanized and hot dip galvanized aluminum panels.
(4) Press the slab structure way classification - into the lap, undercut and withhold construction and so on. Which undercut, withholding, the high wave plate suitable for use as a high water requirements roof; Lap, the high-wave plate galvanized sheet to cover with a floor; Low-wave plates overlap is appropriate for the wall panels.
3. Packing & Shipping terms:
Container shipment. Eye to wall on wooden pallets with cardboard sleeves inside the coils. Sleeve thickness: 13- 20mm. Straight winding (zero stagger).
Inner & outer bore protection to protect the coil edges
Maximum coil weight 4.5MT, COIL ID: 508MM
