It can displace imported senior high quality hot work die steels such as 1.2344/AISI H13.Etc.
1.2344 modified high roughness high isotropy hot work die steel HSSD2344 steel have good thermal stability and thermal fatigue resistance.

Applications
It can displace imported die steels such as AISI H13, widely used in die casting mold, hot extruding die, brass casting die, high strength plastic die etc.

Electro slag remelting, annealing with diffusion process and ultrafiningheat- treatment has good microstructual homogeneity and finer dispersed carbides.
