FV520B Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel Plate

After heat treatment, the lath martensite structure of FV520B steel is fine and uniform, which increases the number of grains, increases the grain boundary area, and the second phase particles uniformly distributed in the matrix, so that the solution + adjustment + aging treatment FV520B The tensile resistance and fatigue resistance of steel have been significantly improved

The strength of fv520b steel reaches the maximum value at 1050 ºC solution treatment + 850 ºC intermediate treatment + 470 ºC aging.
