1	Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? A: We are a combination of manufacturer and dealer, we have our own factory and trading qualification for export.
2	Q: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept? A: We would do our best to support your trial order qty, so even 1 pc or 1 kg is OK for us to start cooperation. Most sincere service for each small or big order.
3	Q: How about the samples ? Is it free or extra fees? A: Yes, we could supply the samples before order. It will be free if sample is from stock; some reasonable cost would be charged if it need to be customized, but this amount could be deducted from your first order invoice.
4	Q: How long is your delivery time? A: Just 5 ~ 8 days for common product and size, 20 ~ 30 days for big quantity, special size to be customized in factory.
5	Q: How does your company control quality? A: According to the standard for production. And we can also accept the third-party inspection.
6	Q: What is your payment terms? A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
